What do you mean by the fertile window?

The fertile window is the time in a woman's cycle when she is most likely to get pregnant. It consists of the few days before ovulation and the day of ovulation itself. The fertile window for an individual woman can be identified by tracking changes to the body as ovulation approaches. Based on estimation, the fertile window may be the most likely to occur:
For women with cycles of 28 days, the fertile window consists of days 12-14 of the cycle.
For women with cycles of 35 days, the fertile window may occur around days 19-21
For women with cycles of 21 days, the fertile window may consist of days 5-7
To calculate your fertile window, it is necessary to remember that ovulation happens about halfway through the cycle or about the 14th day of a 28-day cycle. The first part of your cycle is called the follicular phase. On average, it lasts between 10 to 16 days but can depend on your overall cycle length. If you have a 35-day cycle, the follicular phase is 20 days. If you have a 21-day cycle, the follicular phase is only seven days, and so on.
